Altrove Rosé
It stems from an act of courage: the sacrifice of a portion of the grapes destined for the great Brunello. But from that "cut," Roberto Cipresso discovered something unexpected — freshness. Altrove Rosé is 100% Sangiovese from the 43rd parallel, vinified in steel and aged for three months in autoclave using the Charmat method.
In the glass, it shows a luminous powder pink with coppery reflections and a very fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, strawberry and raspberry intertwine with notes of peach and an unmistakable balsamic trail. In the mouth, it is fresh, creamy, and light — the perfect welcome to the Easter table.
Ideal Pairings: Perfect as a welcome aperitif. It pairs divinely with fried vegetables, salmon canapés, or traditional Easter fried artichokes.

Punto Bianco
Two ancient Mediterranean varieties meet on the extraordinary line of the 43rd parallel: Vermentino from Ribolla (Maremma) and Verdicchio from San Benedetto del Tronto. Vinified in steel and aged for 8 months on its lees, Punto Bianco tells stories of sun, sea, and earth. Pale straw yellow, with crisp fragrances of pink grapefruit, cedar, white peach, linden, and broom. The entry is fresh and dynamic, with a citrusy and floral aftertaste of great elegance and persistence.
Ideal Pairings: The perfect companion for Torta Pasqualina (savory spinach and egg pie), hard-boiled egg appetizers, asparagus risotto, or roasted noble fish dishes.

Punto Rosa
The most intimate and seductive soul of Montalcino's Sangiovese. Punto Rosa wears a luminous peach-blossom pink — a rosé that leaves a mark. On the nose, an opening of strawberry and red currant, enriched by peony, cherry blossoms, and sweet spices. In the mouth, it is soft and enveloping, with a fresh, balanced vibrance that irresistibly invites another sip. The finish is long, savory, and spicy — with a lingering memory of red berries. For those who want to experience rosé like never before.
Ideal Pairings: Splendid with traditional Tuscan cured meats (such as finocchiona), fresh sheep's milk cheeses, or pasta dishes with white poultry ragù.

Punto Rosso
A masterful encounter between two great Italian grapes: Sangiovese and Montepulciano. Punto Rosso is structure and softness in perpetual dialogue. Intense ruby with slight violet reflections, it conquers the nose with a bouquet of blueberries, wild blackberries, black currant, peony, and iris — with hints of cardamom, black pepper, and balsamic notes. In the mouth, it is full-bodied and creamy, with elegant tannins and a very long finish of licorice and dark chocolate.
Ideal Pairings: The protagonist of the main course. It excels with roasted lamb, red meat roasts, rich lasagnas, or aged pecorino cheeses.
