On Saturday, September 5, 2026, Oria Day 2026 will be a special event dedicated to wine, grape ripeness, viticulture and Tuscan traditions.
The programme includes a wine masterclass with Roberto Cipresso, a tasting of Monastero 2024, a visit to the vineyards of the Oria Estate and a vineyard dinner featuring handmade pici pasta, grilled food, music and a tasting of Oria balsamic vinegar in the estate’s traditional vinegar cellar.

Roberto Cipresso will lead a technical wine masterclass dedicated to understanding grape ripeness before the harvest.
The masterclass will examine:
grape skins, pulp and seeds;
grape colour and structure;
tannins and aromas;
stem ripeness;
the resistance of the berry when detached from its stem;
the main factors used to determine the ideal time for harvesting.

12:45 p.m. — Presentation of MyOria
Official launch of MyOria, the management platform created for Oria members, presented by Martín Iglesias.

a demonstration of grafting onto American rootstock;
a live demonstration of traditional Tuscan pici-making;

views of the cypress trees made famous by the film Gladiator;
a tasting of Oria balsamic vinegar in the traditional vinegar cellar;
coffee and traditional Italian desserts.
The event ends at midnight.
