Wine Tailor is a personal, hands-on wine blending experience in Montalcino. Guided by Roberto Cipresso, you taste different component wines, explore what each one can bring to the final blend, and gradually create a wine shaped around your own taste.

PHASE 1 — DISCOVER THE COMPONENT WINES
Roberto introduces the wines that will become the building blocks of your blend, revealing their character and potential.
You learn how freshness, volume, structure, elegance and depth can come together in a single wine.
PHASE 2 — IMAGINE YOUR WINE
What kind of wine would you create for yourself?
More vibrant or more generous? More elegant or more powerful?
Roberto helps you define the style you are looking for and turn your personal preferences into a clear direction.
No previous wine knowledge is required. You only need curiosity — and the willingness to trust your own taste.
PHASE 3 — BLEND YOUR OWN WINE
Now you step into the creative work of the winemaker.
The component wines are combined in different proportions, tasted, compared and adjusted. Trial after trial, your wine begins to take shape.
Roberto works beside you, guiding the process until you find the composition that truly feels like yours.
He does not create the wine for you. He helps you create your own.
PHASE 4 — BOTTLE AND TAKE HOME YOUR CREATION
Once the final blend is ready, your wine is prepared in a bottle or Magnum, according to the chosen format.
Your creation can be signed by the participants together with Roberto Cipresso.
You do not take home a simple souvenir, but a wine that did not exist before you arrived.
PHASE 5 — LET YOUR WINE LIVE ON
Your personal blend can continue beyond the experience.
You may choose to produce additional bottles, up to the equivalent of a full barrique. After approximately 100 days, the wine can be prepared for shipment, subject to destination and applicable conditions.
Upon request, a personalised label can also be created around your taste, story or special occasion.
