The Six Wines of the Evening Tasting

Only in August and September, Roberto Cipresso's winery in Montalcino opens its doors after sunset for an evening visit with a tasting of six wines.

As the heat of the day gives way to the quiet of evening, guests are led through the winery's work spaces and among its barrels. The guided visit tells the story of Roberto Cipresso's winemaking vision, the Montalcino territory, and the projects developed along the 43rd parallel and in other countries around the world.

The visit continues with an exclusive tasting that brings together the wines of the Parallelo 43 project with the Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino. The experience closes with a preview reserved exclusively for this tasting: a 100% Sangiovese Metodo Classico, aged for 24 months on the lees and not yet available on the market.

A unique opportunity to visit a winery in Montalcino during the cooler hours of summer, and discover Roberto Cipresso's winemaking journey through six wines.

1. Punto Rosa: The Mediterranean Essence
A seduction in rosé. The bold and fascinating interpretation of the most eclectic variety that thrives on the 43rd parallel.

2. La Quadratura del Cerchio: The Synthesis of the 43rd Parallel
The symbolic wine of the Parallelo 43 project, born from the meeting of grape varieties and territories along the same latitude. A complex, layered red wine that unites power, elegance and depth.

3. Pigreco: An Irrational Wine
A wine that, like Pi, seems to hold an infinite, incalculable complexity. A deep, meditative sip that keeps evolving, revealing new nuances with every moment and inviting reflection on the journey just completed.

4. Rosso di Montalcino: The Immediate Expression of the Territory
A Rosso di Montalcino made from Sangiovese, fresh and vibrant, expressing the character of a specific micro-terroir through the relationship between climate, soil and winemaking choices.

5. Brunello di Montalcino: Elegance, Power and Longevity
A Brunello di Montalcino made from 100% Sangiovese, grown on the southwestern side of the territory. A structured, elegant wine that interprets the terroir of Montalcino and Roberto Cipresso's winemaking vision.

6. Exclusive Preview of the Metodo Classico
Only here can guests taste the Metodo Classico in preview: a wine not yet on the market, made from 100% Sangiovese and aged for 24 months on the lees.

The experience is available for a minimum of 4 guests.
