I followed this trail not only in wine but also in art, thinking of the unnatural and “acid” colors with which Rosso Fiorentino disrupted the balance of the Renaissance. I found it again in music, in Janis Joplin's raspy voice that shakes and captivates the ear, or in punk, a joyful and chaotic revolution.
