After nearly forty years in a fantastic profession like mine, for which I feel truly privileged, I feel the need to give something back to those less fortunate. Making wine teaches patience, sharing, and observation, and success is always a result shared with nature and with the people who are close to me in this wonderful process.
Centimetro Zero is a third sector inn where I've met wonderful people, and it's a privilege to be able to embrace them. Here we cultivate a wonderful garden, cook together, and even tend the vines, treading the grapes with our feet as they used to do in the olden days. These ancient gestures create a timeless relationship, which brings people together regardless of age.

In my cellar, I've transformed the old offices into a sort of student residence, complete with a kitchen, meeting spaces, and bedrooms, where young people completing their studies can gain practical experience. I have a constant turnover of students from different parts of the world, and it's a way to pass on what I've learned. This initiative is also connected with several universities in Italy and abroad, creating a crucial bridge between the worlds of education and work for the next generation of winemakers.
