A scholar of agricultural soils and the geological conformations of the subsoils, he analyzes the structure and composition of the land to understand its viticultural vocation. Agronomist
Specialist in the design and management of vineyards, he follows every cultivation phase from the preparation of the soil to the planting up to the ripening of the grapes.
