The Word of the Producer

Founder and Winemaker

In the heart of the Sencelles countryside, Manto Negro embodies the most authentic soul of Majorca. An ancient grape variety, it becomes the "liquid voice" of the island: a red of rare elegance, suspended between the sweetness of the red earth and the salty breath of the Mediterranean.

Tasting Notes

Visual Appearance

A delicate and transparent ruby red, of medium intensity

Aromatic Sensations

On the nose, it is deep, distinctive, and full-bodied. It opens with warm notes of black fruit jam (plum, blackberry) enveloped in subtle hints of sweet tobacco and spice. The soul of the island is strongly revealed in the background: Mediterranean scrubland and a characteristic iodine imprint.

Taste-Olfactory Sensations

On the palate, it is supple, ample and enveloping, with a silky and elegant tannic texture and a long, spicy and flavorful finish.
