The Word of the Producer

Founder and Winemaker

"Quadratura del Cerchio" (Squaring the Circle) is my philosophy in a glass: wine as a meeting point between iconic terroirs, united by a vision.

The idea is to orchestrate three sovereign grape varieties from Central Italy, all born of the same magical latitude, the 43rd parallel, each with a precise role:

▷ From Tuscany, Sangiovese: the backbone that provides structure, vibrant acidity, and elegance.
▷ From Abruzzo, Montepulciano: the generous pulp that offers dark fruit, softness, and roundness.
▷ From Umbria, Sagrantino: the powerful muscle that brings a majestic tannic structure and extraordinary depth.

This is not a simple blend, but an alchemical fusion designed to create a new oenological "individual". In the glass, the different origins are no longer distinguishable; instead, they speak a single, unprecedented language.

This wine is a concept made liquid. It is the demonstration that vision can create an identity stronger than geography, and that perfect harmony is not found, but built.

Tasting Notes

Visual Appearance

Bright ruby red with garnet streaks.

Aromatic Sensations

Intense aromas of blackberry and pomegranate, notes of tobacco and hazelnut. Rich spicy nuances (black pepper and cinnamon).

Taste-Olfactory Sensations

Rich and dynamic mouth, with dense and well-smoothed tannins. Muscular and agile at the same time, it closes slowly on fruity, spicy and balsamic tones.
